A food preparation class for people with busy lifestyles that want to learn how to prepare healthy meals. Participants will receive a month’s worth of lunch and dinner menus as well as the recipes and kitchen space to prepare these meals. Participants will need to provide groceries each week, from provided shopping lists, as well as the containers for portion control. Dietary needs will be addressed.
